Rhino Foods makes all the delicious cookie dough for Ben and Jerry’s, and they are cooking up a lot more than just delicious cookie dough. Rhino Foods is constantly innovating new ways to better serve their workers including their Income Advance Program, Employee Exchange Program, and Open Book Management. Their Rhino Foods Foundation is dedicated to that mission of supporting workers and helping other businesses find ways to do the same.
